Right now, it is very easy for school leaders to get stuck in a “What About” loop.  Every decision solves one problem and seemingly creates 10 more “what about” problems. Brush the “what abouts” aside.

Here is your priority list for this school year.

Priority 1-A: Keep Your Adults Alive

Priority 1-B: Keep Your Student Healthy

Priority 1-C: Keep Your School Open

That’s it. Every other “what about” represents an item on someone’s agenda, NOT a school priority.
