First a reminder. The leadership priority list for schools this year is as follows:

Priority 1-A: Keep Your Adults Alive

Priority 1-B: Keep Your Student Healthy

Priority 1-C: Keep Your School Open

School leaders nod and then someone says, “But this is a big change from what we did last year.”

This is true. But recognize that the least healthy, least hygienic, and least safe way to operate a school is to do it exactly like you did it last year.

The more you move away from what we used to do the better chance you have to keep your adults alive, students healthy and school open.
