BlueDaisy Consulting LLC, DBA: Lead Your School (LYS) manages two websites that are accessible by public and private education entities and their employees. These websites are the Lead Your School website, www.LeadYourSchool.com, and the PowerWalks website, www.PowerWalks.com.

The Lead Your School website is intended for use by educators as a convenient way to access the information and services provided by LYS. Efforts are made to ensure that the information presented is complete and accurate. However, the information and services included in or available through the LYS website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The website is periodically updated, corrected or otherwise modified by LYS, at the sole discretion of LYS, and without notice. The PowerWalks website is for use by educators who are subscribers to the PowerWalks Formative Classroom Observation system. The PowerWalks Secure Login Page is the gateway to the PowerWalks system. The PowerWalks system is periodically updated, corrected, improved, or otherwise modified by LYS, at the sole discretion of LYS, and without notice. LYS does not represent or warrant that either website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

LYS strives to minimize cache issues, unauthorized modifications, and input errors. However, several factors can affect the quality and timeliness of the information displayed on this Web site that are beyond the control of LYS—including browser incompatibilities; information which has been cached on the local computer, search engines, network proxy, or other storage device; unauthorized modification of electronic data; errors in transmission; or other issues with Web transmission.

LYS makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the either website for any purpose. LYS respects the privacy of our online visitors and will post any changes to this policy here. By using either the Lead Your School website and/or the PowerWalks website and system, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the current policy.

LYS does not collect personal information about Lead Your School website visitors or the PowerWalks Secure Login Page visitors unless you choose to provide that information to us as part of an inquiry, request, order, or login attempt. Should you provide such information, you are giving LYS permission to use that information to complete your inquiry, request or order.

LYS does not sell personal information to outside parties. LYS will not release e-mail addresses that you provide to us to outside parties except as may be required by law to protect the legal rights of LYS.

Personal Information

LYS does not collect any specific personal information about website visitors—such as name, postal address, or e-mail address—except when such information is knowingly, and voluntarily, provided to LYS. Personal information is obtained from online transactions such as, but not limited to, professional development registrations, request for services, online purchases, e-mail newsletters, online surveys, PowerWalks subscriptions, and PowerWalks logins. If LYS is provided with such information, you are giving LYS permission to use that information to respond to or process your request. For monetary transactions the financial aspect of the transaction is temporarily stored until the transaction has been completed then purged according to standard PCI practices.

LYS automatically collects and stores “non-personally identifiable” information for statistical purposes. This information helps LYS monitor how visitors use its sites. This information may include: your browser software (e.g., Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), operating system (e.g., Windows or Mac OS), name and domain of your Internet Service Provider (e.g., Xfinity, AT&T), and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using.

Student Information

LYS does not collect, use, and/or store any information that identifies any individual student or students.

Security

LYS websites use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to process registrations and all online purchases. This encryption prevents sensitive credit card information from being seen as it travels across the Internet to our servers, therefore making it difficult for anyone to intercept or decode messages exchanged over this secure connection. Credit card information is not permanently stored on the web server. Your order information, excluding private payment information, is retained for our records, but is never shared with other organizations or people.

The content contained within the LYS websites including, but not limited to, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other material, may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws.
